Over 20 years experience on interior design projects from one room transformations through to ambitious full house renovations, extensions and self builds.

Every project is individual and an initial conversation will help us understand how we can best work together.

I offer four core services which can be tailored to best suit you.

Interior designer making a moodboard - Lucy Burt, cheshire interior designer

design session

Not all clients require a full room or house design. This service allows you to take advantage of 20 years of interior design experience and use it for support as required. Think of it as a problem-solving session rather than a full design scheme. You may be at the start or end of a project or renovation and require the confidence of a sounding board.

Alternatively, you may have a smaller design query you need advice on. I can help you to narrow down samples, recommend brands, advise on lighting, review architect plans, a few examples of how this service can be used.

2 hour block, time can be used in person, remotely or a combination of both.

In person within 10 miles or remote | £425

- All services start with a 20-minute call to discuss your project.
- You send over photos, floorplans, links or anything else you feel would be useful.
- Practical advice plus ideas and recommendations will be provided.
- We will either spend time together on site to problem solve or I will undertake the work remotely if this involves sourcing or space planning.
- Any follow up will be specific to each consultation.

If you require 3D visuals, electrical/lighting plans or other technical drawings to further bring your project to life, these can be created for you and are priced on an individual basis.

I work with a trusted team of tradespeople, contractors & specialists covering bespoke joinery, custom soft furnishings, home media installation or advice on sourcing artwork.

A project co-ordination service is available to communicate & realise the overall design vision, priced per project.

If you are overwhelmed with the choice of colours available to decorate your home, this service will give you the confidence to explore different colours, finishes & combinations. With over 20 years’ experience of working with clients on bringing personality to their home via colour, I understand how crucial it is to use the right colours & combinations to make your home feel your own.

Two service options available depending on your requirements and the size of your scheme.

In person within 10 miles | £375 up to 4 rooms | £650 up to 8 rooms

Remote | £250 up to 4 rooms | £450 up to 8 rooms

- All services start with a 20-minute call to discuss your project.
- You send over photos, floorplans, links or anything else you feel would be useful.
- We will meet at your project location for the consultation, discussing the light, architecture & function of each space along with your preferences
- A bespoke paint palette of recommended colours & finishes will be emailed to you within a week.

Re:design

This service is for clients looking to create a completely new look & feel in a space. A digital Design Pack will be created for you which will include a scaled floorplan layout, sourcing of lighting & furniture plus a sample finishes pack - project scope dependent. You will have a clear understanding of how the design scheme will come together for your space and sufficient detail to hand over to contractors to realise the vision, or take forward yourself.

From £950 per room

- All services start with a 20-minute call to discuss your project.
- A Scope Visit will be booked at your project location.
- A digital design scheme will be created for each space.
- Kitchen & bathroom designs include sourcing of all fittings.
- Add on services available: bespoke joinery design, lighting plans, contractor
  recommendations, art sourcing etc.

Re:novate

A bespoke full interior design service for larger structural projects like renovations or extensions. This is tailored to your project and designed to take you from initial concept, technical drawings, finishes, sourcing & procurement through to implementation.

Using our team of recommended contractors or working alongside your own team, as preferred. Regular site visits and an expert sounding board to ensure you feel confident at every stage.

Priced per project, please book an intro call for an initial conversation.

- We will chat on a call to understand the scope of your project and arrange an initial visit to the property.
- During the site visit, we will sit down together to compile a comprehensive brief. This will involve a detailed Q+A, a walk through of the property and/or plans and a chance to really get to know each other and how we can best work together.
- A bespoke design and fee proposal will be drawn up and shared with you, detailing the design phases & timescales.
- We make it all happen.

Hello, I'm Lucy ... I founded nest over 20 years ago and believe the spaces we live in have a huge impact on how we feel.

For me, good design is as practical as it is aesthetic, your home should make you happy but also enhance your day-to-day living.

I aim to work collaboratively with both you and other specialists to create considered & personal spaces for you to enjoy. Projects can be daunting or stressful and so I look to instead make the design process enjoyable: through listening attentively, elevating your ideas and opening your eyes to new ideas & combinations.
